1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by ks99 (referred to in these Terms as "ks99", "we", "our", or "the Platform"), you — the user ("you", "your", "the Member") — agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is effective from the moment you complete registration or first place a wager on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the ks99 platform. Continued use constitutes your unconditional acceptance.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an account on ks99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ks99 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in compliance with applicable standards for online gaming platforms.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing ks99 voluntarily and of your own free will, and you are not acting on behalf of any third party without disclosure.
• You are not a registered self-excluded player on ks99 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ks99 or its affiliates.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ks99. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all funds and permanent suspension without notice.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. ks99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method at any time.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Crypto Transactions

ks99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Malaysian users:

• Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20)
• Malaysian e-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating banks
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. ks99 will not be held liable for delays arising from third-party payment processors or blockchain network congestion.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Once a crypto deposit is broadcast to the network, ks99 is unable to reverse or cancel the transaction. Users are solely responsible for entering correct wallet addresses when withdrawing cryptocurrency. Funds sent to an incorrect wallet address cannot be recovered.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. ks99 may hold withdrawal requests pending document verification for up to five (5) business days. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform and may be updated periodically.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

ks99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and Bitcoin deposit promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer.

General principles applicable to all ks99 bonuses include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the stated eligibility and trigger conditions.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier will be stated per offer.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of the stated period.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be subject to separate accounting until wagering requirements are met.
• ks99 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed by a user will be honoured under the terms current at the time of claiming.
• Multiple accounts used to claim the same bonus will result in disqualification and account termination.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games and sports betting markets available on ks99 are governed by the individual rules published for each game or market. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

ks99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fairness. Live dealer games are streamed in real-time by third-party providers. Sports betting odds are compiled by our trading team and are subject to change prior to settlement.

ks99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds or on incorrectly listed markets — and to correct such errors as soon as reasonably practicable.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ks99 and will result in immediate account action, including suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Using automated software, b ots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or to manipulate betting markets.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or using funds derived from illegal activities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain without reporting them to ks99 support.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ks99 staff or other users.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

ks99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a financial institution.
• Request by the user to self-exclude under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon termination for cause, ks99 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any verified balance will be returned to the user via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts in good standing may contact our support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days, and any eligible balance will be disbursed accordingly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ks99 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, page layouts, text, promotional materials, and the ks99 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of ks99 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ks99 platform without our express prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ks99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gameplay decisions.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security.
• Delays in cryptocurrency transactions caused by blockchain network conditions.
• Inaccurate odds or market information published in error, subject to the correction provisions in Section 5.

ks99's aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident.

10. Responsible Gaming
